Beta notes

Even great meat can disappoint if the cooking method isn’t clear.
Many people who are new to cooking more meat — or who are used to following recipes with many ingredients — feel unsure when faced with a simple cut of steak or a piece of slow-cooked beef. Without guidance, they often overcook it, under-season it, or feel stressed about getting it right.
That’s why we see cooking instructions as part of the product, not an afterthought.
Clear instructions help in several ways:
They reduce the fear of “ruining” an expensive cut.
They make it easier to get consistent results.
They help people build confidence over time, so they eventually need less guidance.
Our goal is to include simple, practical notes with every box — not complicated recipes, but clear directions on how to cook the cuts you receive, along with basic tips for seasoning and resting.
We believe that when people feel confident cooking meat, they’re much more likely to stick with a meat-first approach long term.
