Beta users will play an important role in shaping how Carnivore Kitchen actually works in practice.

While we have ideas about what a good weekly meat delivery should look like, the real test is how it fits into people’s lives. That’s why we’re starting with a small group in Geneva before expanding.

Here are some of the things we want to learn from beta users:

  • Delivery windows: What days and time slots actually work best?

  • Portion sizes: Are the quantities right for one person, a couple, or a small family?

  • Preferred cuts: Which steaks and cuts do people actually want to receive regularly?

  • Subscription cadence: Is weekly the right rhythm, or would some people prefer every 10–14 days?

  • First ordering experience: How easy (or difficult) is it to choose and customize a box?

Your input on these practical details will help us build something genuinely useful instead of guessing what people need.

If you're thinking about joining the beta, know that your feedback won't disappear into a void. It will directly influence how the service evolves.
